Caddo Basin SUD uses SC Tracking Solutions, LLC, a third-party company, for backflow registrations. SC Tracking Solutions can be reached at 866-232-0174. All fees are paid through the SC Tracking Solutions' website online. All residential backflows are to be tested upon installation and all commercial backflows are to be tested every year.
All existing and new Backflow Prevention Assembly/CSI Test Reports are required to be reported through the SCTS tool at www.sctrackingsolutions.com.
