Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies. Our water service very closely resembles that of a municipality. There are no longer memberships deemed as personal property. All services are simple taps owned by the District and available to any occupant of the property which the tap serves for a $150.00 deposit and a $100.00 service fee, regardless of what former owners may owe in past due bills. A service is discontinued when a customer's outstanding bill exceeds the deposit held by the District. New taps require an additional $2,600.00 impact fee plus a $750.00 connect fee and a $150.00 deposit.
Caddo Basin SUD accepts Cash, Checks, Money Orders, eChecks, & Credit Cards on our website and at the Toll Free # (903) 458-9473. If you have any questions, please call our office or stop by during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and we will be happy to assist you!
Payments are due by the 15th of each month and must be received in the office by 5:00 PM.
